On World Mental Health Day, we reaffirmed the importance of mental well-being as a cornerstone of overall health. Our company takes pride in fostering a supportive environment that prioritises employee well-being. We were honoured to have our COO, Princess, participate in a thought-provoking discussion with mental health experts from

Belpma Diets and FriendPal to discuss the crucial connection between mental health, workplace culture, and diet. By lending our voices to this important conversation, we reinforced our commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive environment where employees can thrive.

Did you know last week was Customer Service Week? We hope you took the opportunity to reach out to your customers! Sharing your customer service experiences can inspire others to prioritise exceptional service.

As always, we're here to support you on your journey. Feel free to reach out via email at partnerships@spurt.group if you need guidance, advice, or simply a friendly chat.
