Operations Manager

1. Analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in operational processes. 2. Implement strategies to minimise errors and delays that lead to customer dissatisfaction. 3. Work with the customer service team to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues. 4. Develop and implement a customer satisfaction measurement system. 5. Oversee the entire order fulfilment process, from order picking and packing to last-mile delivery. 6. Optimise inventory management to minimise waste and ensure product freshness. 7. Streamline logistics and delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries. 8. Identify and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality and service standards. 9. Manage and motivate the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 10. Analyse operational data to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. 11. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational effectiveness and customer satisfaction. 12. Utilise data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making. 13. Maintain clear and open communication with all departments, including customer service, procurement, and marketing. 14. Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth integration of operations with overall business goals.

Operations Manager

    1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred). 2. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in operations management, ideally within the grocery or e-commerce industry. 3. Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. 4. Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making. 5. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Project Management tools (a plus).
