The Operations Lead will serve as the executional backbone of our client's growth.
This role is responsible for translating vision into action, leading daily operations across clinical, pharmaceutical, and logistics units, and ensuring the seamless integration of our physical and digital offerings.
You will manage performance, optimise processes, and drive scale — from Lagos to the continent.
