The Business Manager at Pure Life Health will oversee the administrative and operational functions of the organisation. This role involves strategic planning, managing financials, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing operational efficiency. The Business Manager will work closely with the CEO to drive the organisation’s growth and ensure the highest standards of patient care.

Business Manager

Operational Management (30%)

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance productivity.

  • Monitor and improve the performance of various departments through data-driven insights and performance metrics.

  • Coordinate with department heads to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives.

Financial Management (25%)

  • Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts to ensure financial stability.

  • Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to optimize revenue and control costs.

  • Oversee billing, invoicing, and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Strategic Planning (20%)

  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and innovation.

  • Identify opportunities for growth and expansion, including new service lines and market segments.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships and alliances.

Human Resources (15%)

  • Oversee HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

  • Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and performance, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and inclusive workplace.

  • Implement employee engagement initiatives to improve retention and job satisfaction.

Regulatory Compliance (5%)

  • Ensure that the organization complies with all healthcare regulations and standards.

  • Prepare for and manage inspections and audits, addressing any findings promptly.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare policies and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

  • Implement best practices for regulatory compliance and risk management.

Customer Service (5%)

  • Ensure the highest standards of patient care and satisfaction by overseeing customer service initiatives.

  • Address and resolve patient complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Implement initiatives to improve the overall patient experience, including feedback mechanisms and service enhancements.

Business Manager

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry.

    • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
